Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. WBSC announced today that eBASEBALL™’: POWER PROS has been selected as one of the official games of Olympic Esports Series 2023, hosted by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Olympic Esports Series 2023 is a global virtual esports competition hosted by the IOC in collaboration with International Federations and game publishers. There will be 9 sports branches in the organization. The game that will represent the basketball category in the competition was WBSC’s (World Baseball Softball Confederation) official baseball game WBSC eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS.

The qualifying rounds of the selected sports will start in March and the finals will be held at Suntec Center in Singapore on 22-25 June as the most important event of the 2023 Olympic Esports Week.
