Tuğba Şengül, the Founding President of the Digital Balance Association, which stands out with its awareness-raising content in our digitalized lives, held her new awareness workshop.
The event, held at artist Banu Sağnak’s communication workshop Art Connection by Banu Sağnak in Teşvikiye, attracted interest from popular figures of social life. Attendees included Mutlu Bozkurt Besimzade, Hülya Kalyoncu, Bahar Akyar, Banu Sağnak, Ezgi Nevçehan, Şebnem Celepoğlu Dindar, Ebru Yolver, and Pelin Çınar.
Tuğba Şengül, author of the book “The Human Lost Behind the Screen,” also gave the guests a mini digital balance training. The training, which covered topics such as screen time, digital addiction, and focus, proceeded in a conversational tone.
