Fenerbahce University, which started to work with Mayasoft in order to manage its compliance and security needs in a single center; It has implemented Microsoft products such as Information Protection, Intune, DLP, Defender for endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity and Defender for Office 365. Thus, Fenerbahçe University has become able to solve security and compliance problems very easily without an additional structure in the environment.

Mayasoft Information Systems, which is among the business partners of Microsoft Turkey, meets the technology needs of its customers in many different areas from network layer to application development, from business intelligence platforms to cloud technologies. Enqura, one of the group companies of Mayasoft, which provides services to different sectors such as finance, education, health, energy and retail, operates as an R&D company that develops innovative solutions in the field of FinTech; EnSight, on the other hand, works on business intelligence platforms and supports organizations in making their data meaningful. Data Platform, another company within the Mayasoft group, works on database systems. OneCloud, on the other hand, operates in both managed services and cloud technologies and offers its customers services with its strong infrastructure.

Fenerbahçe University, which started working with Mayasoft to manage its compliance and security needs in a single center, provides data protection with Information Protection and DLP, device management with Intune, all endpoint devices with Defender for endpoint, CASB needs with Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity. It solved identity leaks on Active Directory with Defender for Office 365, mail security with Defender for Office 365, and device management problems with Intune. Thanks to the project, which Mayasoft has been actively carrying out for about 6 months, 80% of which has been completed, Fenerbahçe University has now become able to solve security and compatibility problems very easily without an additional structure in the environment. Mayasoft aims to develop the project and make these applications a part of Fenerbahçe University’s corporate culture by including newly added features.

Alişan Yıldırım, System Manager from Fenerbahçe University Information Technologies Directorate, expresses his thoughts on the project as follows: “Thanks to the work we have done with Mayasoft, we have started to use Microsoft 365 technologies much more effectively. At the moment, we have reached a level above our target with a compact solution. Thanks to Microsoft 365, our dependency on other products has decreased by 90%. Now we have peace of mind about security and compliance. Besides, knowing that Microsoft and Mayasoft are behind us makes it easier for us to focus on our own business.”
