“Fake life coaches can cause negative consequences with misdirections”

Under-the-counter initiatives seen in many professions have now emerged in the field of life coaching. Stating that social media triggers fake life coaching, Life Coach Filiz Kılıç explained the methods of distinguishing counselors working under the stairs.

The under-the-counter initiatives, which we encounter in many occupational groups, have now started to be seen in life coaches, which have become increasingly popular lately. I can say that although this profession seems to have become popular in Turkey lately, it has actually been in demand by people for many years. However, many people do not know the full meaning of a life coach. In the course of life, we sometimes need a life coach when we are undecided when we cannot cope. The aim here is to enable the client to use their potential at the highest level in order to reach their goals.
