With BorusanX, which defines the corporate culture for Borusan, the aim is to increase productivity, success, and happiness exponentially by courageously taking action. BorusanX also creates an employee experience that fosters open communication, collective intelligence, and collaboration. Therefore, the podcast series, centered around BorusanX, is named “Çarpan Etkisi” (Multiplier Effect).
The podcast series “Çarpan Etkisi” aims to sustain Borusan Group’s ideal culture and values, expand its influence beyond the Group, and increase the spread of its corporate culture. The topics and guests of the podcast series are noteworthy in this regard.
Journalist and author Nilay Örnek moderates the podcast series, with the first guest being clinical psychologist Beyhan Budak. The discussion touched upon topics such as openness, dialogue, and constructive conflict. The second guest of the series was Canan Güllü, the President of the Turkish Women’s Associations Federation, discussing inclusivity, equal opportunities, and justice.

In the coming days, Mert Fırat, İzel Levi Coşkun, Gürer Aykal, and Şahika Ercümen will be guests on “Çarpan Etkisi,” addressing topics such as sustainability, collective intelligence, empowering leadership, and courageous action.
