Kalamış Marina, one of Istanbul’s prime locations, will host a special festival on Saturday, June 14th, bringing together art, gastronomy, and music.
The “Art on the Boat” festival aims to bring together audiences with similar tastes under the theme of “Quiet Luxury,” offering a day of unique experiences.
Organized by İntersis Agency, which has been shaping the sector with its 20 years of experience, this full-day festival draws inspiration from the unifying power of the sea and art. The motto frequently used in sailing, “No knots, only bonds” (Düğüm yok bağ var), stands out as the main theme of the event.
The event, taking place at Kalamış Marina and sponsored by İştirak Yapı A.Ş., a leading construction company from Düzce, and Mutlu Makarna, one of Turkey’s most important pasta manufacturers, will feature many special guests including Masterchef Moderator Mehmet Yalçınkaya, Bedri Usta, Eren Kaşıkçı of Kızıl Sakal’ın Mutfağı (Red Beard’s Kitchen), International Weaving Artist Fırat Neziroğlu, artist Haluk Tuğcu, artist Pınar Tuğba Biçmen, Behavioral Sciences Expert, Author, and Musician Aşkım Kapışmak, and veteran artist Haldun Dormen. In the festival’s finale, the Melis Sökmen-Ceyda Pirali Orchestra will take the stage. Their performance, titled “The Color of Sound Sunset,” will offer attendees an unforgettable musical experience ranging from classic jazz to modern melodies.
“Art on the Boat” aims to connect the right audiences with high-quality and tasteful events. Throughout the day, stage performances, special workshops, and talks on boats in the marina will bring together sailing culture, art, and gastronomy. The event will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Kalamış Setur Marina.
