The Mavi Arya project, the most exclusive in Bodrum Turgutreis, offered its residents an unforgettable evening. With uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and islands, and the unique nature of Bodrum, residents of Mavi Arya, which boasts Turgutreis’ most exclusive beach, thoroughly enjoyed the night last Friday (August 16, 2024), where renowned artist Zuhal Olcay performed.

More than 200 distinguished guests attended the event hosted by Mavi Arya, a project brought to life through the partnership of Aslan Yapı, Astaş Holding, and Caba Group. The evening was marked by an unforgettable performance by Güvenç Dağüstün, accompanied by an orchestra featuring famous musicians like Burçin Büke on piano, Çağ Erçağ on cello, Turgut Alpbekoğlu on drums, Ulaş Kurugüllü on violin, and Tahir Aydoğdu on kanun, all of whom received great applause.

Mavi Arya, which boasts Turgutreis’ most exclusive beach, spans a total of 160 acres and includes 235 residences and 40 villas, each with unique features. The project offers a range of 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartments, as well as villas of various sizes.
