As part of its collaboration with Tohum Autism Foundation, GSK Turkey is preparing to implement a pioneering and meaningful project for the employment of individuals with autism with the slogan “#Together at Work with Individuals with Autism”. With the project, which aims to support the professional careers of individuals with autism, GSK will provide employment to these individuals in various positions in its head offices.
GSK Turkey, which has signed valuable projects with many stakeholders in line with its strategies in the fields of corporate social responsibility and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance), in cooperation with the Seed Autism Foundation, in order to bring individuals with autism into business life; It is launching a new employment project called “#Together at Work with Individuals with Autism”.
Based on the title of inclusivity, which is one of the prominent focal points of GSK culture, the project focuses on the participation of individuals with autism in corporate life, and recruitment is planned for full-time positions in departments such as human resources and finance at the GSK Turkey Headquarters.
Within the scope of the project, a business coach who will support both the adaptation of individuals with autism to the business world and the social environment and their orientation processes will also take part in the company. Within this program, GSK aims to show that adults with autism can work in a central office environment with appropriate conditions, right guidance and training.

We believe that our project, which we set out with the motto “#Together at Work with Individuals with Autism” and which will enable individuals with autism to be integrated into society, will contribute to increasing awareness in this regard.
