Youth Council members came together in Bayraklı Municipality, which wants to include young people in the local government process with the vision of the World City of Children and Youth. Young people from Bayraklı accelerated their work before the general election and decided to work together in the field on what needs to be done locally.

BAYRAKLI YOUTH WILL WORK ON THE FIELD

Young members of Bayraklı Municipality Youth Council gathered in the municipality building. Young people involved in the decision-making processes in local governments with the Youth Assembly established under the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs decided to work in the field regarding the safety of ballot boxes in the general elections. Accordingly, the young people, who exchanged ideas about the deficiencies in the district and what needs to be done, stated that they will take a more active role in communication with the local administrations and contribute to the development of the district with their projects.

WE ARE STRONG WITH OUR YOUTH

Bayraklı Mayor Serdar Sandal said, “Bayrakli is a strong city with its children and youth. Their ideas and suggestions are very important to us. We gave our word, authority and decision to our youth in Bayraklı. We are working hard to create the Bayraklı they dream of together.”
