The company that won the completion tender at Gölcük New State Hospital has started work. Gölcük Mayor Ali Yıldırım Sezer, along with AK Party Kocaeli Deputy İlyas Şeker and AK Party District Chairman Çetin Seymen, visited the hospital and inspected the work. After the completion tender held on January 17, 2023, the company that was awarded the contract and received the site delivery in March 2023 is planning to complete the work in 180 days.

FOUNDATION LAID FOR CENTRAL SUPPLY BUILDING

At Gölcük New State Hospital, the foundation excavation for the 800 m2, 2-storey central supply building has been completed. The hospital, which will have 45,000 m2 of closed area and 272 beds, including 28 adult and 7 neonatal intensive care beds, a 26-bed dialysis unit, 9 operating rooms (7 general, 1 local, and 1 cesarean), 71 outpatient clinic rooms, 4 single-room (SDL) comfortable delivery rooms, and a hyperbaric unit, will also have a total of 500 parking spaces, including 225 indoor and 275 outdoor.

ROUGH CONSTRUCTION AND EXTERIOR FINISHING COMPLETED

After the foundation excavation began in 2019, the rough construction of the New Gölcük State Hospital was completed in November 2020 and the exterior finishing was completed in March 2021. The operations of the company that was previously involved in the construction, commissioned by the Ministry of Health, were terminated on August 5, 2021.
