Umman’s General Manager, Ahmet Bağcı, emphasized the significance of paver and brick machines, stating that they are widely preferred in construction projects, road development, road maintenance, and prefabricated structure manufacturing. Bağcı further mentioned that Umman Concrete Plants has integrated the production of these machines, adding 10 units that can be used across various fields like road construction, landscaping, and prefab structure production.
Mr. Bağcı also shared insights into the production process, noting that while the production of concrete plants usually takes approximately one month, the production of paver and brick machines requires about 45 days. He emphasized that the production time may vary depending on the machine’s specifications, capacity, and order volume. The UMPB-36/18 paver and brick machine, for example, has the capacity to produce 5400 paver stones and 2700 brick stones per hour. On the other hand, the UMPB-25/10 paver and brick machine can produce 3750 paver stones and 1500 brick stones per hour.
