Turkey’s First Domestically Produced NOx Sensor Introduced by MCT Technic

Turkey’s first NOx sensor, produced with domestic capabilities, was unveiled to the public at MCT Technic’s factory located in the Istanbul Free Zone. The factory opening was attended by numerous individuals from politics, bureaucracy, and the business world. During the event, Company Chairman Muhammed Furkan Yılmaz and Founding Chairman Hacı Yılmaz made significant statements regarding the environmental benefits, innovative features of the NOx sensor, and Turkey’s position in the market.

In his speech at the factory opening, Chairman Muhammed Furkan Yılmaz highlighted the important role of the NOx sensor in reducing the carbon footprint. Yılmaz noted that this sensor improves air quality by reducing nitrogen oxide levels and is a major step towards environmental sustainability. “Our NOx sensor is a critical technology in reducing the carbon footprint. We are proud to contribute to this goal with our environmentally friendly production processes,” he said.

Yılmaz also touched on the production process, stating, “We use environmentally friendly technologies and sustainable methods at every stage of our production process. Thanks to the diligent work of our engineering team, we developed this sensor, which operates with high efficiency and produces minimal waste.”

“Contributing to Turkey’s 2053 Zero Carbon Goal”

Yılmaz also stated that the domestically produced NOx sensor will significantly contribute to Turkey’s 2053 zero carbon emissions target.

MCT Technic’s Founding Chairman, Hacı Yılmaz, discussed the innovative features and local production processes of the NOx sensor. “This sensor is a technology needed not only by Turkey but by the world. With our innovative approach and engineering strength, this product contributes to our country’s technological independence,” he said.

Hacı Yılmaz further explained the functionality of the NOx sensor: “Our NOx sensor can be used in all motor vehicles complying with Euro 4-5-6 standards. This technology plays a critical role in reducing air pollution, protecting public health, and making the environment more livable,” he stated.

Targeting the International Market

Muhammed Furkan Yılmaz stated that the NOx sensor has significant potential not only in Turkey but also in the international market. “Our goal is to introduce our NOx sensor to the global market and establish a strong presence, especially in the American market. This demonstrates Turkey’s determination to become a global player in technological products,” he said. Yılmaz added that they are developing strategic partnerships and international collaborations to achieve this goal and are continuing their efforts to become competitive in the global market.
