Children had a pleasant day at the event held by Lüleburgaz Municipality at Yıldız Child Puppet Workshop on World Puppet Day. Having fun with the Lüleburgaz Municipality Puppet Circus and the city’s mascot Bilgeç, the children also learned how to make wooden puppets. On the other hand, Mayor Gerenli came together with the children and shared in the fun of the children.

The puppet event held by Lüleburgaz Municipality at the Youth Park on World Puppet Day attracted great attention from children. The event, in which children aged 4-10 participated, lasted all day. Social Support Services Directorate staff Egemen Göksu and Lüleburgaz Municipality Children’s Rights Unit volunteers attended the event, where the children both had fun with the Puppet Circus and learned how to make and paint puppets. In addition, Lüleburgaz Mayor Dr. Murat Gerenli also came together with the children.

Making a statement after his visit to the children’s event, Mayor Gerenli reminded that Lüleburgaz Municipality, which is a child-friendly city, organizes activities with children on various days in many parts of the city. Mayor Gerenli said, “We are intertwined with activities with our children in many points of our city. We shared in the fun of our children in the puppet workshop we held in the Youth Park as part of the World Puppet Day.”
