The conditions of the collective labor agreement (CLA) that resulted in a consensus at Efes Selcuk Municipality were announced.
Mayor Filiz Ceritoglu Sengel announced the agreement, saying, “We have concluded the CBA process with a consensus, protecting our colleagues from economic difficulties, by pushing the limits of all our municipality’s capabilities and taking risks.” Mayor Ceritoglu Sengel’s statement is as follows:
“We have concluded the CBA process with our colleagues and union representatives, protecting our colleagues from economic difficulties, by pushing the limits of all our municipality’s capabilities and taking risks. May the consensus be auspicious for everyone, and we believe that after May 14th, we will solve all the problems of our country and bring prosperity to our people under our People’s Alliance government;.”
Here are the conditions of the CLA for permanent employees and personnel company workers employed in Efes Selcuk Municipality:
For company workers:
In the first 6 months, a daily wage of 470 TL, a net salary of 13,758 TL with additional income, and a total of 17,124 TL with bonuses.
In the second 6 months, a daily wage of 530 TL, a net salary of 15,054 TL with additional income, and a total of 18,420 TL with bonuses.
For permanent employees:
In the first 6 months, a daily wage of 490 TL, a net salary of 16,028 TL with additional income, and a total of 19,538 TL with bonuses.
In the second 6 months, a daily wage of 550 TL, a net salary of 17,324 TL with additional income, and a total of 20,834 TL with bonuses.
