Canik Municipality will give children an unforgettable Ramadan enthusiasm with special events and fasting incentive awards to be organized in the district during the month of Ramadan.

Canik Municipality, which will organize special events for children during Ramadan in the district within the scope of Şehr-i Canik Ramadan Adventure events, will present the ‘Fasting Encouragement Award’ to children who will fast for the first time this year. During the month of Ramadan, traditional Turkish theater performances such as Karagöz and Hacivat and meddah will take the stage with animation and magic shows on the stages that will be set up in a separate neighborhood every weekend. Canik Municipality will give special gifts to children aged 6 -12, who will fast for the first time this year, within the framework of the ‘Fasting Encouragement Awards’ event, which it has started through its social media accounts.

A Different Ramadan Awaits Children in Canik

Canik Municipality, which will carry out many special events in Ramadan in the district under the name of Şehr-i Canik Ramadan Adventure, will make children experience a different Ramadan enthusiasm. Karagöz and the protagonists of traditional Turkish theater such as Hacivat, Meddah, Kavuklu and Pişekar will meet with children on the stages that will be set up in a different neighborhood every weekend during the month of Ramadan. In addition, animation, magic and illusion shows and game activities will be organized for children. Canik Municipality will offer treats to children at the events.

Fasting Encouragement Award for Children from Canik Municipality

Canik Municipality will give the ‘Fasting Encouragement Award’ in order to enable children to gain the habit of fasting and to convey the importance of the month of Ramadan.
