With this program, the company aims to offer young people new career opportunities while improving the quality of human resources in the logistics sector.
High Participation, Rigorous Selection Process
In its first year, the program received applications from many candidates across Turkey. The program, which targets a wide audience, provides an important opportunity for those wishing to engage in intercity transportation as well as those aiming to specialize in fields like chemical transportation. TGL’s human resources and training teams considered a range of criteria when selecting candidates, including driving potential, discipline, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. After this meticulous evaluation process, official contracts were signed with the selected candidates.
Training Process: Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Experience Combined
The selected driver candidates will begin an intensive training process on May 2. During this process, they will receive both theoretical information and practical training. The training content includes topics such as traffic rules, vehicle maintenance, chemical safety, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness. At the end of the training, candidates will be eligible to receive C and CE class driving licenses as well as SRC3 and SRC5 certificates with the financial support of TGL. Candidates who successfully complete all certification processes and practical exams will be employed as trainee drivers within TGL.
