Since taking office, AK Party Buca District Chairman and Lawyer Hakan Kalfaoğlu, who has become known for his sincerity in fieldwork in his responsible area and finding solutions to the longstanding problems of Buca, has been awarded the ‘Most Successful Politician of the Year’ award at the 2023 Golden Grape Awards. The awards ceremony, which rewards individuals and organizations who add value to İzmir, was held at the Buca Olympic Pool Conference Hall by Gündem Ege and Gündem Buca.

Television stars Özlem Yıldız and Murat Kaplan hosted the event, which saw the best of the year receive awards. At the ceremony, young politician and lawyer Hakan Kalfaoğlu, who contributed to the arrival of important projects in Buca and provided non-partisan solutions to Buca’s deep-seated issues, such as the removal of the central prison and the renovation of the Buca Seyfi Demirsoy Hospital, was awarded the ‘Successful Politician of the Year’ award.

In a brief speech from the podium, Hakan Kalfaoğlu thanked Gündem Ege and Gündem Buca for organizing the event and said, “It is very important for us politicians that our services are appreciated. We will continue to work for our people.”
