The “StartupCentrum Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Awards,” the first data-based investor awards in Turkey organized by StartupCentrum, a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem, was held with the participation of about 300 people. The award ceremony resulted in the recognition of the star startups and institutions of 2022, determined by a public vote.
The award ceremony, which took place at Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı on January 30th, 2022, brought together investors, entrepreneurs, and other players in the ecosystem.
The award ceremony, attended by leading names in Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, began with opening speeches by StartupCentrum Founding Partners, Müge Bezgin and Nizamettin Sami Harputlu. After the opening speeches, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, shared his thoughts and future plans for the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkey. The Deputy Minister’s statements were followed by a presentation by Mustafa Erşad Zor, Leader of the StartupCentrum Data and Report Team, on the Turkey Startup Ecosystem Investment Report.
Later in the StartupCentrum Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Awards, Report Awards, Public Voting Awards, and Special Awards were presented to their recipients!
