Selin Şekerci, who is preparing to return to the screens with her new project ‘Queen’, spoke to ‘Tight Conversation with Hakan Gence’. The actress has made many candid statements, from her career journey to her outlook on love.

Saying that there is a great competition in the acting world, Selin Şekerci said, “First of all, it is a job where you have to be like an iron psychologically. Being talented in the TV series doesn’t mean much. Better human relations are needed. I have not achieved anything the easy way in this life. Maybe it was good. I have worked with good people in my profession. But throughout my journey, there have always been accelerations where I reached a point and fell.”

Stating the importance of paternal affection for a woman, the actress said, “Even though we tried to be a strong woman, fatherly affection and trust was something that was needed while growing up. When you can’t see the things you need to see from your father, something is missing, and you can’t trust the kindness of the other person. For me, love is always an obligatory destination. It’s not possible without love, I can’t. It always has to be. Being in a relationship is always good for me,” she added.
