An Emotional Map Beneath the Water: Melike Yiğit
Melike Yiğit approached underwater life in her works as an emotional map. Inspired by the expressions of shock, sorrow, and fear on the faces of fish, the artist conveyed a sense of inner solitude and the intensity of hidden emotions in her pieces. The stories lying beneath the calm surface of the water were presented to the audience through her unique interpretation. Each fish figure stood out as a powerful metaphor for the complex states of the human soul.

Life in the Depths of the Earth: Peruze Hamurcu
Peruze Hamurcu brought the energy of soil and nature into her works. Drawing inspiration from Istanbul’s mystical gardens, the artist depicted figures coming to life among branches and leaves, reflecting the soul of nature with a blend of realism and abstraction. Roots, branches, and soil emerged as key elements in Hamurcu’s artistic interpretation, embodying the tranquil energy of nature.
