Speaking at the 14th HR Excellence MENA Summit in Dubai, Ayşe Nazmiye Uça said, “Democratization of the payroll is the process of employees having more access and control over their payroll and the way it is calculated.”

At the 14th HR Excellence MENA Summit held in Dubai on April 23-24, Datassist Board Chair Ayşe Nazmiye Uça was a speaker under the title “Democratization of Payroll”. Touching on innovative approaches in the sector, Uça said the following:

“Payroll democratization is the process by which employees have greater access to and control over their payroll and the way it is calculated. This allows workers to better understand and manage their wages, deductions and other payroll information.”

Ayşe Nazmiye Uça, Chairperson of the Board of Datassist, also gave information about Datassist’s technology-centered services and innovative approaches in the sector. During the two-day event, topics such as Human Resources technologies, flexible benefits, diversity and inclusion came to the forefront, while industry leaders from various regions met.
