The Municipality of Menemen accelerated the cleaning of the mosque with only a few days before Ramadan. Municipal teams, which regularly clean the places of worship, thoroughly clean everything from carpets to doors, shoe racks to windows in mosques. Aydın Pehlivan, Deputy Mayor of Menemen, said, “We are taking all measures to ensure that our fellow citizens have a comfortable and peaceful Ramadan.”

The teams affiliated to the Directorate of Cleaning Affairs of the Municipality of Menemen took action before the Ramadan month, which is approaching this year, as every year. The teams started cleaning and disinfectant work in all places of worship within the boundaries of the district. In this context, the carpets were washed and swept. Fountains, ablution rooms and sinks were cleaned and disinfected. Windows, doors, windows and walls were also meticulously wiped. Environmental cleaning was also carried out in the gardens of the mosques.

Menemen Deputy Mayor Aydın Pehlivan, who said that they took every precaution for the health and safety of his fellow citizens of Menemen, said, “We accelerated the cleaning of our places of worship before the approaching month of Ramadan. Our cleaning team is cleaning different mosques every day. It is very important for us that our citizens perform their prayers in a clean and healthy manner. I wish all my compatriots a peaceful Ramadan in advance,” he said.
