Additionally, Dr. Shawn Talbott has served as a nutrition educator for elite-level athletes in various sports. He is also an athlete himself and has competed at the national and international levels in rowing, cycling, and triathlon. He is a member of the American College of Nutrition (ANC), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Institute of Stress (AIS). Among his recent educational projects are two academic textbooks, an award-winning documentary film, and bestselling books translated into multiple languages, including “Mental Fitness.” He has appeared on the TED stage and at the White House.
