Konya Deputy Governor Hacı İbrahim Türkoğlu, AK Party Konya MPs Tahir Akyürek, Orhan Erdem, Ahmet Sorgun, Ziya Altunyaldız, Selman Özboyacı, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Major General Şakir Uslu, 3rd Main Jet Base and Garrison Commander Brigadier General Havva Pilot Önder Şensöz, Air Defense Brigade Commander Brigadier General Yusuf Diker, Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay, Chief Public Prosecutor Halil İnal, AK Party Konya Provincial Chairman Hasan Angı, Nationalist Movement Party Konya Provincial Chairman Remzi Karaarslan, Grand Unity Party Konya Provincial Chairman Osman Seçgin, parliamentary candidates, district mayors, representatives of civil society organizations, academics, municipal council members, and protocol members participated in the program.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay congratulated all Konya residents on their holiday and said, “We are having a subdued holiday due to the earthquake disasters we experienced on February 6th. May God keep our unity and togetherness eternal. As municipalities, we have taken all measures for our fellow Konyans to spend their holidays in peace. I pray that we reach many more holidays in peace and brotherhood with the help of God. On this occasion, I wish that the Ramadan holiday brings goodness to our city, our country, and the entire Islamic world.”
