Collaboration between Kolay HR and Inspakt Provides Environmental Advantage in Time and Cost for Companies – Paper Processes Digitizing
The human resources platform Kolay HR has entered into a collaboration with the digital document and digital biometric signature platform Inspakt. According to this collaboration, more than 1,800 companies using Kolay HR will be able to carry out processes based on printed documents such as contracts, permissions, forms, and reports in a digital environment within minutes and securely store their documents. At the same time, they will reduce costs such as paper and shipping, prevent the cutting of trees, and reduce their carbon footprints.
Employees in human resources (HR) departments of companies spend a significant portion of their time on paper-based processes. According to the global research company IDC, HR employees of a 1,000-employee company spend 60% of their working hours creating documents, processing information, and addressing deficiencies. On the other hand, paper-based processes can slow down operations in all departments, not just HR, and cause some processes to take days. Kolay HR, in collaboration with the digital document and digital biometric signature platform Inspakt, aims to accelerate paper-based processes in the 1,800 companies it serves, benefiting more than 150,000 employees and over 4,000 HR managers. Kolay HR users will be able to digitize all processes that progress through printed documents, such as contracts, permissions, forms, and reports. Customizable documents can be easily and remotely signed with a digital biometric signature.
Çağlar Yalı: “Processes that used to take days will be resolved within minutes.”
Çağlar Yalı, CEO of Kolay HR, who says that they are the digital solution partner for companies in all HR processes from creating job advertisements and talent pools to performance management, stated, “Within this framework, we integrate successful applications in the field to create more value for our users. Our collaboration with Inspakt has developed within this context. Processes such as permissions, expenses, overtime, and many others primarily progress through traditional methods, namely paper documents. Sometimes getting a document signed can take hours, or even days in cases such as the person being busy or on leave. With our collaboration with Inspakt, our users can carry out these processes digitally and reduce them to minutes. Since past files can also be easily accessed digitally, both time and documents will be safe. In addition, companies will reduce paper and shipping costs, prevent the cutting of trees, and reduce their carbon footprints. Moreover, we offer all of these with a special price advantage for Kolay HR users.”
Anıl Topal: “We help HR reach its future goals much faster.”
Anıl Topal, Co-Founder of Inspakt, stated that Inspakt was established in 2020 with the aim of digitizing all trust processes conducted with paper. He said, “HR departments, where intense document management and signature processes often lead to time and efficiency losses, have been our focus since our inception. Thanks to our collaboration with Kolay HR, we will be able to provide much faster solutions to many more companies in this sector. HR professionals will no longer have to resort to paper when it comes to signature processes. With our digital biometric signature integration, these processes, which can be completed in a very short time, allow users to save time and focus more on strategic work. We offer a more sustainable approach environmentally by eliminating physical document storage and management costs. This end-to-end digitization opportunity we provide with Kolay HR will help HR departments and companies reach their future goals much faster.”
What is a digital biometric signature?
A digital biometric signature, an electronic signature type defined at an advanced level, is a digital alternative to a wet signature. It is created by pressing behavior data such as speed, acceleration, pressure, and coordinates, which are collected through touch screens, onto a document in an unalterable and court-verified manner. Using a digital biometric signature contributes to the faster completion of processes such as consent agreement, payroll, expenses, employment contracts, and similar processes. A touch screen mobile phone or tablet is sufficient for signing. Since a finger or an electronic pen is used instead of a pen and a touchscreen instead of paper, it is evaluated as an ‘handwritten signature’ status mentioned in the Turkish Code of Obligations and has legal validity.
