Women entrepreneurs sold their handcrafted natural products at the stands set up in the shopping mall.

Organized by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and supported in many areas, Women’s Enterprise Production and Business Cooperatives continue to sell their products. Hanımelller Derince Women’s Initiative Production and Business Cooperative, Woman’s Hand Kocaeli Production and Business Cooperative, Izmit Çınar Women’s Initiative Production and Business Cooperative, Mehtap Women’s Initiative Production and Business Cooperative, Kögbalder (Kocaeli Individuals with Special Needs and Their Families) and Vision and Hearing Impaired Association exhibited its products and made sales.

ATTENTION TO NATURAL PRODUCTS FROM CHILDREN

While citizens showed great interest in handcrafted products processed with a thousand and one effort, especially children showed interest in amigurumi toys. At the sales stands where handicraft products and toys are concentrated, beautiful accessory products made from recycled products were dazzling. In addition to hand knits, many beautiful handcrafted products were sold for 2 days.

The members of the association selling at the booth contributed to their own budgets by selling the natural products they prepared by hand for 2 days. Aiming for women to have a share in the field of production and to market their own products, women’s entrepreneurship associations aim for women to have a greater say in production. The women entrepreneurs associations, which are supported by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality in every field, find the opportunity to sell their products in the stands opened with the contributions of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality by making their production comfortably.

During the two-day sale, dozens of women contributed to their budget by selling their handcrafted works. The women entrepreneurs who were very happy with the sales and the organization experienced the happiness of what they produced.
