The Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), an organization dedicated to guiding sustainable business and quality of life in our country and leading transformation with a vision, is preparing to hold the 32nd Quality Congress, a tradition that has been established. The 32nd Quality Congress, themed “Like Water,” will take place on November 21-22 at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Center, shedding light on the 100-year panorama of the Turkish Republic and making important insights about the upcoming 100-year period. The congress will bring together leading representatives from the fields of science, academia, media, and the business world.
This year, the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer) is preparing to present a brand new topic at the 32nd Quality Congress. On November 21-22, at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Center, the congress will be held under the theme “Like Water,” where the 100-year history of Turkey in the context of the 100th anniversary of the Republic and what the next 100 years will bring to us will be discussed. The first day of the congress will focus on the theme “It Passed Like Water” and will include sessions on “The Turkish Society in its 100th Year, How did 100 Years Pass? The Economy of Turkey in its 100th Year, Its Geography, and the Women of the Republic from Past to Present.” The second day, under the theme “Like Water’s Future,” will delve into topics such as “What will the Next 100 Years Bring? The Republic’s Youth from Today to Tomorrow, What Kind of Economy, What Kind of Society, What Kind of Geography, and How We Will Develop the Republic.” Experts in the field will share valuable insights on various important topics during these two days. Lastly, it should be noted that at the end of the second day of the 32nd Quality Congress, the traditional Turkey Excellence Awards will be presented. Furthermore, at this congress, we will also mark a milestone by introducing the first-ever Turkey Sustainable Future Awards, which will be presented at the end of the first day, aiming to provide a roadmap for sustainability to companies in our country.
An expert perspective on the past and future with the theme “Like Water”
Yılmaz Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of KalDer, commented on the 32nd Quality Congress, saying, “Since our association was founded in 1992, we have organized Quality Congresses, and approximately 150,000 participants and 2,800 speakers have been a part of these events. Additionally, we have hosted around 3,600 people every year. However, our excitement and happiness for this year are quite different. This is because, in this year when we celebrate the 100th anniversary of our Republic, we have dedicated our theme to the 100 years of our Republic, which flowed like water. Within this context, with the theme ‘Like Water,’ we will draw lessons from the 100-year history of our country and scientifically analyze the opportunities and risks of the next 100 years. On the first day, under the theme ‘It Passed Like Water,’ we will hold sessions on topics such as ‘The Turkish Society in its 100th Year, How did 100 Years Pass? The Economy of Turkey in its 100th Year, Its Geography, and the Women of the Republic from Past to Present.’ On the second day, under the theme ‘Like Water’s Future,’ we will discuss topics such as ‘What will the Next 100 Years Bring? The Republic’s Youth from Today to Tomorrow, What Kind of Economy, What Kind of Society, What Kind of Geography, and How We Will Develop the Republic.’ Experts in the field will share valuable insights on various important topics during these two days. Lastly, I would like to mention that at the end of the second day of the 32nd Quality Congress, we will announce the winners of the traditional Turkey Excellence Awards. We will also achieve another first at this congress. For the first time this year, we will present the Turkey Sustainable Future Awards, which are the first of their kind in our country and aim to provide a roadmap for sustainability to companies, at the end of the first day.”
