The Bursa Watercolor Association is presenting the “Suda Saklı” group watercolor exhibition to art lovers at the Bursa State Fine Arts Gallery from April 29 to May 9, 2025. This exhibition aims to offer a unique experience to the audience by exploring watercolor art and the fluid nature of water. Shaped by the contributions of 41 artists, the exhibition tells a story behind each piece, narrating a memory, emotion, or intuition through the medium of water.
Imprints in the Memory of Water: A Journey to a Fluid World
“Suda Saklı” promises an artistic experience that flows with the rhythm of water, creating a transparent and sincere bond between artists and the audience. Each piece in the exhibition is a memory created with the traces of natural water, shaped by the delicacy of the watercolor technique. Since watercolor, by its nature, is a fluid and temporary medium, each artwork is born from the re-writing of a moment, an emotion, or an intuition through water.
Each piece in the exhibition drags the viewer from the calm surface of a lake into the depths of geography, to dreamlike memories, and flowing thoughts. This exhibition showcases not only the masterful use of watercolor art from a technical perspective but also a visual feast loaded with symbolic meanings that provoke deep thought in the audience.

A Collective Creation Emerging from the Contributions of 41 Artists
“Suda Saklı” presents a contemporary, elegant, and sincere narrative, brought to life through the collective production of 41 artists from the Bursa Watercolor Association. This collective exhibition highlights the technical and aesthetic richness of watercolor art while merging the individual perspectives of the artists to create a unique vision. The exhibition combines the artistic interpretations of water, memory, and nature, offering the audience not only visual pleasure but also a profound intellectual experience.
