Mistakes in water management, inadequate technology and faulty resource management due to product use cause the existing resources to be wasted. While it is estimated that one third of the world’s population will experience water shortage in 2030, the worldwide wasted water resources vary from 6 percent to 80 percent on the basis of countries. When the average amount of water wasted by water enterprises is examined, the statistics are 40 percent worldwide, while it is 26 percent in Europe. While approximately 70% of global water is used in agriculture, drought brings along the risk of energy crisis, especially food, in direct proportion to the increasing population of the world. Less noise and less vibration with the EMC Filter, the driver prevents damage to sensitive equipment. It provides continuity in processes with its secure and back-up system. It reduces the amount of leakage water and increases system performance. Thus, it supports the prolongation of the equipment in the system and the reduction of maintenance costs. VLT® AQUA Drive FC 202, which can be developed for different application needs and subjected to test processes even if it is specially produced, offers a wide range of configuration options with its software specially developed for water resources. Intelligent heat management feature maximizes energy efficiency with control algorithms focused on reducing heat loss. 85% of the heat generated by the rear channel cooling is discharged from the rear channel before it reaches the electronic parts. With the MCT31 software, before commissioning the frequency converter, it is known how much harmonic effect it will have and possible additional costs due to in-plant harmonic effects are prevented.

The software developed to prevent water hammer prevents the performance of the system and water leaks; It supports efficiency by working seamlessly with asynchronous, permanent magnet (IPM and SPM), SynRM and PMASynRM motors. Besides easy motor installation with the MCT 10, it can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C. It provides protection suitable for all kinds of climatic environments with its IP00, IP20, IP21, IP54, IP55 and IP66 protection class options suitable for harsh conditions. With different communication protocols such as BacNET, BacNET IP, PROFINET®, PROFIBUS DP-V1, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK®, CANopen and Modbus TCP, it simplifies system management with technology as a whole. 3C3 PCB coating provides standard coating feature for devices over 90 kW for long lifetime in waste water plants.
