Hepsiburada introduced the “Trade and Technology Power to the Earthquake Zone” program, which was implemented to heal the wounds of the producers and sellers in the region and to contribute to the creation of permanent employment in the region. After the “Every Order, One Support” campaign, Hepsiburada also established a special support line for sellers in the earthquake zone.

Hepsiburada has commissioned a series of support activities for earthquake-affected producers and sellers. With the “Trade and Technology Power to the Earthquake Zone” program, Hepsiburada’s technology, logistics and marketing opportunities will be mobilized for 10 thousand SMEs and tradesmen, as well as 5 thousand women entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives in the region for two years.

Special support line for earthquake victims

Tradesmen, sellers and entrepreneurs in 11 provinces in the earthquake zone will be able to apply to the Seller Support Line if they have questions or requests regarding operations. In addition, all tradesmen and SMEs who want to start e-commerce will also be able to reach Hepsiburada by phone via this line. This initiative of Hepsiburada is considered as an important step taken to help sellers in the region maintain their business. Earthquake-affected manufacturers and sellers will be able to get the necessary support to make sales on the platform through the Vendor Support Line at 0 (850) 214 09 15.

3 E-commerce Specialization Centers are established.

With the “E-commerce Specialization Centers” to be established in three cities in the earthquake zone, the office, stock, logistics, marketing and customer services and training needs of the enterprises will be met. With the development project underlined by the “Hessiburada Word”, it is aimed to contribute to the establishment of permanent welfare in the earthquake area. With the program, Hepsiburada will contribute to the employment of 120 thousand people and the livelihood of 500 thousand people.

Aiming to create a total sales volume of 10 billion TL from the earthquake zone to Turkey and the world in two years with its logistics, commercial and technological power, Hepsiburada has started to establish “E-commerce Specialization Centers” in order to develop the e-commerce infrastructure in the region.

Full support to women entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives

Within the scope of the Technology Power for Entrepreneurial Women Program, which Hepsiburada has been carrying out since 2017, support will be provided to 5 thousand entrepreneur women in the earthquake region. With these new steps, Hepsiburada aims to increase its support to more than 38 thousand women entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives in the region in 5 years.

Within the scope of “Trade and Technology Power to the Earthquake Zone” Program in Hepsiburada;

10,000 SMEs and tradesmen in the region will be supported for two years by Hepsiburada’s technology, trade, logistics and marketing opportunities.
Special supports will be provided for 5,000 women entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives.
Hepsiburada will establish E-commerce Specialization Center in three cities in the region.
Within the scope of the program, Hepsiburada will employ 120 thousand people; It will contribute to the livelihood of 500 thousand people.
In two years, a total sales volume of 10 billion TL will be created from the region to the whole of Turkey and the world.
The program also includes educational and social support for children, youth and families.
