ALI SUNAL AND DOĞA RUTKAY MET WITH AUDIENCE IN IZMIR FOR THE MOVIE “HAVA MUHALEFETI”

The movie “Hava Muhalefeti”, produced by BKM and starring Ali Sunal and Doğa Rutkay, which was released on April 14th, met with the audience in Izmir on the weekend following the colorful gala held in Istanbul.

The special screening with audience participation, attended by Ali Sunal and Doğa Rutkay, held at Izmir Optimum Paribu Cineverse, received great interest from cinema lovers in Izmir.

The actors who filled Optimum Mall with their fans before the film came together with their audience on a special platform set up inside the mall to chat and take photos. Due to the intense interest shown, the actors, who arrived at the cinema late, spoke before entering the film; “Izmir has a selective audience. You always follow what is presented to you with interest. Like in all areas, you are democratic in art, and there is a free cinema-loving crowd in your choices here. ENTHUSIASTIC APPLAUSE AND LAUGHTER DID NOT STOP!

Actors who watched the movie with the audience were applauded standing for minutes at the end of the film. Ali Sunal and Doğa Rutkay, who met with the İzmir Press after the show organized by BKM Aegean Regional Representative Devajans, shared their thoughts on the movie as follows:

Doğa Rutkay; “Hava Muhalefeti (Weather Obstruction) is a movie that deals with the problem of bad weather. You will understand better when you watch it. There is a social satire in it. It has a criticism, it is not just a film that we laughed and left with emotions beyond that. Entertaining while making people think is a narrative style that we apply a lot in our Güldür Güldür show. It is also present in this movie. In this sense, I think it will be different from other films. We think that the audience will find a common place in their hearts and minds.”

Ali Sunal: “There are many movies that make us laugh and give us morale, which I also love. But this movie; it makes you laugh a lot, and while laughing, it shows many things that we can see and criticize in the environment we live in our country. In that sense, it is a strong movie.”
