A Healing Journey with Homeopathy “Homeopati ile Bir Şifa Yolculuğu” opens the pathways to natural healing through alternative treatment methods.
The book “Homeopati ile Bir Şifa Yolculuğu,” authored by Günnur Başar, the president of the Homeopathy Association, and born from years of accumulated experience, was introduced to readers under the label of Yeni İnsan Yayınevi in 2017, where she discusses the approach to alternative treatment.
This book was written to help us understand when we need modern medicine, when we should tap into our own healing potential, and when we should explore other methods.
The book consists of seven main sections, starting with comprehensive answers to the question of what homeopathy is. Homeopathy is presented as a natural, side-effect-free, holistic, and lasting method of treatment, and these methods are illustrated with examples throughout the book.
Homeopathy can be successfully applied in various physical discomforts, serious chronic illnesses, mental disorders, and any other issues that may come to mind where modern medicine may not have a solution or be deemed ineffective, and its success can be scientifically proven.
The author describes homeopathy as a journey towards healing, a path, and suggests that even though the homeopath may read the signs along the way, it is the patient who knows where to start, where to finish, and how to proceed on this journey. Therefore, some sections of the book aim to provide perspectives on healing and natural recovery to individuals with no knowledge of homeopathy through simple daily experiences, while others are the result of intensive scientific research and investigation. The book also aims to provide a framework for newcomers and those interested in this field to place homeopathy within the context of general health, science, and culture.
One of the goals of the book is to direct professionals in this field towards a critique of science and modern medicine, demonstrating how “unhealthy” our approach to health is, and to provide them with a scientific, cultural, and spiritual foundation for the necessity of homeopathy and alternative medicine, based on ancient archaic symbols, for the sake of healthy generations.
