The digital logistics company Hubtic has launched the “Smoke-Free Hubtic” program to encourage its employees to live a healthy lifestyle. According to this program, non-smoking employees can take two additional days off per year. Employees who have quit smoking for at least six months can also benefit from the program.
Hubtic, a digital logistics company, has launched the “Smoke-Free Hubtic” program in response to smoking, which causes the death of more than 8 million people worldwide each year. Abdullah Cansu, CEO of Hubtic, provided information about the program in a statement on World No Tobacco Day, which falls on May 31st.
Cansu stated that the average age in the company is 30 and said, “Promoting a healthy lifestyle among this young team is one of the most important goals of our employer brand. As it is known, smoking not only harms the individual but also those around them. With our additional leave policy, we reward non-smoking employees, while also encouraging and motivating smoking employees to quit. In addition to our Smoke-Free Hubtic program, we continue our efforts to develop HR projects aimed at protecting the health and well-being of our employees.”
