Flexoil, the manufacturer of fire extinguishing products, launched its new product that extinguishes cooking oil fires with the participation of GTD members at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center.

Cooking oil fires, which are frequently encountered in homes, restaurants, and all kitchens, can often cause significant financial losses and even fatalities. Therefore, fire extinguishing products are vital in these areas.

Haktan Adıgüzel, the company’s General Manager, stated at the launch meeting that they designed the product specifically for homes, restaurants, and other kitchens, and that they offer a solution for quickly and safely extinguishing fires.

According to the research conducted by the European Science and Technology magazine, it was revealed that 45% of the fires that occurred in our country last year were residential fires. The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department stated that kitchen fires are the main cause of this rate.

This new product developed by Flexoil, which is completely domestically produced, stands out for being more environmentally friendly and less harmful to human health than other fire extinguishing products.

The product is easy and practical to use in cooking areas, and it also has a long shelf life, which is another advantage.

Famous actress Aslı Samat, who answered journalists’ questions at the press conference, said that she had previously suffered from a kitchen fire and that such a product should be in every kitchen.
