At the 42nd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the International Investors Association (YASED) held on March 16, 2023, Elchin Ibadov, who assumed the role of acting CEO of SOCAR Turkey, was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of YASED.

Elchin Ibadov, who is acting as the CEO of SOCAR Turkey, Turkey’s largest industrial conglomerate, will take on the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors with the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the new term at the Ordinary General Assembly of YASED.

In the new term, Elchin Ibadov, together with YASED President and Members of the Board of Directors, will continue to work to improve the business and investment environment and to create a predictable investment climate, in line with YASED’s goal of contributing to Turkey’s sustainable economic and social development.
