Stating that she was around 12-13 years old when she had her first stage experience, ballerina and ballet instructor Peremeci retired from the Istanbul State Opera and Ballet after years of dancing. She currently continues her work as a ballet instructor at the Istanbul Fine Arts Center.

Ege Peremeci stated that when he was a conservatory student, there was no public outreach for students, no social media and no relations with the press, and that for this reason, he and his classmates lived their artistry within themselves, and said that today’s children are very lucky and that everything is much easier now.
