Last night, the “Gold Faces Of Turkey Awards” (Gold Faces Of Turkey Awards Ceremony), which brought together Turkey’s leading art, press, business world and community life, was held at Istanbul Sheraton Hotel. The ceremony was a tremendous organization, successfully presented by Ece Gürsel and Mert Palavaroğlu and spearheaded by DC Yapım & CK Medya Ajans.

This year’s award ceremony, whose main theme was ‘Awareness to Violence against Women’, was hosted by DC Yapım & CK Medya Ajans, which emphasizes not only the success of brands in national and international arenas, but also their sensitivity to social responsibilities.

The ceremony was sponsored by Ramazan Uğural, the founder of Turkish Development. Uğural expressed his feelings on stage by stating that the theme of this year’s “Gold Faces Of Turkey” awards was to raise awareness on violence against women. Ece Mumay, one of the remarkable names of the night, captivated the stage by receiving the ‘Best Debut Female Artist of the Year’ award. Among the other award-winning artists, Emre Kaya’s ‘Best Project Album’ with ‘Usta Songs’, İlyas Yalçıntaş’s ‘Best Pop Male Artist of the Year’ award, Yılmaz Taner’s new song ‘Bugün de Bitti’ and the moments when he presented a music feast drew attention.

Other award winners of the ceremony included Kahraman Sivri with the ‘Professional Achievement Award’, Sedef Şahin with the ‘Best Character Actor’, Soner Türker with the ‘Best Supporting Actor’, Burçin Bildik with the ‘Most Successful Male Theater Actor’, Elvan Gaye Elvan with the ‘Breakthrough Female Artist of the Year’ and Rıdvan Bıyık with the ‘Best Main News Bulletin & Show News’ awards.

One of the colorful moments of the night was when Faik Öztürk made the guests laugh on stage and added color to the night with his jokes. Öztürk made the audience laugh as one of the unforgettable names of the night.
