After a long-awaited anticipation, Deniz Kireç’s solo exhibition, “Seascapes,” opened its doors at Pinelo Art Gallery on Friday, November 17th. The artist’s striking works take viewers on a journey into the world of sea-themed art.

A Journey to the Sea: Where Art and the Subconscious Meet

Deniz Kireç embraces an intuitive and expressionistic artistic approach in her works, bringing to life figures intertwined with the sea on her canvases. Symbols representing figures related to the sea, like fish and whirlpools, become part of organic dances in her compositions. The use of gold leaf details adds a shimmering quality to the works, while expressing the concept of the “Soul” in the form of a circle, inspired by Jung, imbues her pieces with profound meaning.

Master of Art and Technology: Deniz Kireç

Deniz Kireç, who completed her undergraduate studies at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, continued her education with a master’s degree in Design and Technology at the New York Parsons School of Design. Having worked as a designer at Universal Buzz, iConcept, and Dolphin Organization, Kireç expresses herself across a wide spectrum, from product and graphic design to video installations and illustrations.
