The event organized by Çankaya Municipality within the scope of World Down Syndrome Awareness Day took place in Kuğulupark, one of the icon parks of Ankara.

In order to create social awareness about Down’s syndrome all over the world, to prevent individuals with Down syndrome from being exposed to discrimination and negative attitudes, the people of Ankara, who came together on the day of awareness declared by the United Nations, marched for individuals with Down’s syndrome.

Çankaya Municipality Aşık Veysel Barrier -Free Life Center took place under the leadership of Ankara people who walked in their hands with the currencies they carried in their hands Kugulupark’i from one end to an end to the citizens created awareness.
