During his visit to the association center located on Atatürk Boulevard in Konacık Neighborhood, President Ahmet Aras met with Bodrum Karslılar Culture and Solidarity Association President Kasım Aydın and the members of the association’s board of directors and exchanged ideas.

Stating that we have ancient culture, kinship, friendship and brotherhood that has brought together for thousands of years, President Aras said that they are aware of this and that it is above all kinds of feelings.

Drawing attention to the importance of organized work and non-governmental organizations, President Aras stated that all problems can be overcome with solidarity and unity and continued his words as follows:

“When there is an association, it becomes an organized struggle. It enables people to express their problems, their solutions, and their relations with each other on a much more accurate platform. Associations and chambers already exist for that. The representatives elected by them, namely the presidents of the associations and their management, can communicate more easily about the problems and take steps to solve the problems.”

Adding to his words that cooperation and solidarity are at the forefront thanks to associations, President Aras stated that the works carried out with other associations in Bodrum can always be carried out with Bodrum Karslılar Culture and Solidarity Association on different projects and issues, especially education.

Bodrum Karslılar Culture and Solidarity Association President Kasım Aydın stated that they have been living in solidarity in Bodrum for many years and said that they set out to carry this solidarity climate further and contribute to the problems and beauties of Bodrum.
