Kılıçdaroğlu: I wish more of these venues
Selvi Kılıçdaroğlu, who started her speech by emphasizing the importance of kindergartens, said, “The more kindergartens are opened, the better it will be for the future of our country. Kindergartens are also very important in terms of mother-child relationship. Because when the mother finds a place where she can safely leave her child, she also starts working life. Turkey really needs these homes. Currently, it is tried to be carried out by municipalities.
Equality in education is of great importance, but today, as the age has advanced so far, unfortunately we have children who do not have access to a computer or internet yet. All of these are shortcomings,” he said. Kılıçdaroğlu also mentioned the video that was screened at the opening and stated that he shared the pain of Necmettin Yılmaz’s family.
Kılıçdaroğlu said, “Necmettin Yılmaz’s father’s speech affected me a lot. It both made me sad and a warmth was born inside me. He described his son with such beautiful feelings. We want children with such warm, smiling faces to grow up in these kindergartens. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this beautiful home, especially our president and his wife. My wish is that these places, children’s areas increase even more. I believe we will do this together,” he said.
Çalık: We are opening a child care center that will turn darkness into light
Stating that they are working to build a life, culture and future in Beylikdüzü, Mayor of Beylikdüzü Mehmet Murat Çalık said, “It is not crazy projects as a legacy to the children and youth of our country, but in the light of reason; We are struggling to design a future kneaded with science, art and culture. We are opening a nursery here today that will turn darkness into light.
This home is far from the deprivation created by poverty, where our children gain the skills of living together with their friends; will be a center where they develop their social, motor and language skills. We have to continue to increase the number of these centers in 2023. I say we have to because; The way to create a bright Turkey and bring a permanent spring to this country is through a stable pre-school education policy. My martyr teacher, you sleep well.
We are in Beylikdüzü and soon all over Turkey; We will continue to sing your song from where you left off, to bring you all the flowers of the world with your students, without giving up and getting tired.”
