Inegol Municipality has started to accept applications for the 3rd Volunteer Internship for Baykoca Technology Office, located in Bilişim Vadisi, one of Turkey’s important technology centers. The online applications will be accepted until April 23rd.
While continuing its service mobilization, Inegol Municipality has also supported the domestic and national technology movement, which forms the foundations of a strong future Turkey, by creating Baykoca Project Teams. These teams, consisting entirely of volunteer young people, have put forward many works, and in the end, Inegol Municipality opened Baykoca Working Office last year in Bilişim Vadisi, one of Turkey’s important technology centers, with the slogan “We are also in the domestic and national technology movement” for the development of these projects. Inegol Municipality, which involves young people in the process by organizing technical visits to this center at certain intervals, also started the 3rd Volunteer Internship Work for Baykoca Technology Office.
APPLICATION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS
In the statement made by Inegol Municipality, the following statements were included regarding the subject: “The online applications for the volunteer internship program, which was previously held twice and attracted great attention from young people, will continue to be accepted until April 23rd at http://www.inegolunfikri.com/inegolunfikri/duyurular/gonullu-staj-programi-basvuru-formu. The requirements for application are; being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, residing in Bursa/Inegol district, having no problem with military service for male candidates, having no criminal record and not having been convicted. The candidates will be evaluated by interview. They will be asked to present the presentations of their previous works during the interview.”
INTERNSHIP DURATION IS 60 DAYS
“With this program, it is aimed that young people develop themselves, gain experience and strengthen their professional development at Baykoca Technology Office, which was established within the scope of the contract signed between Inegol Municipality INBEL LTD. and Bilişim Vadisi. As a result of the online applications to be accepted until April 23rd, (4) + (4) = 8 people will be accepted into the program for each internship period, determined as 60 days, following the interviews with the online applicants.
INTERNS WILL BE INVOLVED IN BAYKOCA PROJECTS
“Volunteer interns who are accepted after the interview within the scope of the internship program will be involved in the current Baykoca Projects at the Baykoca Technology Office located in the Bilişim Vadisi Gebze Campus. No payment will be made to the intern within the scope of the voluntary internship program. The interns’ transportation and meal expenses will be covered. Interns will be able to use various equipment of the office such as software and hardware. Their intellectual property rights will be protected according to their contributions to the projects. The differences of the Baykoca Volunteer Internship Program from other volunteer programs are that there is no age limit, no graduation or department requirement, and no requirement to be a student. It is entirely focused on volunteering. Its aim is to add value to individuals’ resumes. Volunteer interns will be recruited for ongoing Baykoca Projects and for the Technofest 2023 process.”
