Support from Theater Head to earthquake zones, students and earthquake victims…

As “Theater Head”, we are deeply saddened by the earthquake disaster that we have suffered severely throughout the country. We believe that we will overcome these difficult times as a nation. With the awareness of the healing power of art, as “Theater Head”, we open our curtains in March by saying to get away from the trauma of the earthquake, a little hope, a little hope.

In this process, we want to contribute from the stage. While we will support earthquake regions from the income from our game, we will also bring together students and earthquake victims with art with the suspended ticket campaign.

“A play about alienation from Theater Head; DÖNÜŞÜM “TRANSFORMATION”

“Transformation” is the sum of the moments when we become alienated from life.

Starring Bilge Aydın, Burak Öngel, Ercüment Aydın, Nazlı İnan, Aylin Aydoğdu and Tuba Kurt Demir, and adapted for the stage from Franz Kafka’s work, “Transformation” will be at Antalya Haşim İşcan Cultural Center on March 14 and in Alanya on March 15. It will be performed at the Cultural Center and on March 19 at Ankara DT Akün Stage.

Adapted for the stage by Bülent Usta from the work of Franz Kafka and staged under the direction of Enis Yıldız, “Transformation” questions the moments when we become alienated from life.

“Transformation” DÖNÜŞÜM describes an irreversible complete alienation. In fact, we all experience this. There are such moments at work, on the street, on the bus; “What am I doing here?”, “Why am I doing it?” “What am I doing here?” We ask questions one after the other.

Our boss, our father, the state, our workplace always expect us to do something. As long as we meet these expectations, we exist. What about the moments we can’t afford? In these moments, it doesn’t matter whether our name is Ahmet, Gregor or K. We may turn into a bug one morning, or someone knocking on our door may report a case against us.

Or none of these things happen, but we can find ourselves in a Kafkaesque environment; mysterious, dark, uncertain and uncanny.
