Antalya Metropolitan Municipality started a goodness movement with the ANET Card project with the slogan of “Everyone can eat meat” with the holy month of Ramadan. Philanthropists can help those in need with the ANET Card, which they can obtain from Halk Meat Stores. Citizens in need can shop from products in Halk Et stores with the balance loaded on their card.

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Insect, who attaches great importance to social responsibility projects in addition to producing projects for the benefit of the people of Antalya, started the ANET Card project with the understanding of helping one hand without seeing the other. ANET Card is a shopping card that philanthropists can obtain from Public Meat Stores and give to those in need. Citizens with ANET Card can purchase products sold at Public Meat Stores and Mobile Trucks.

SOCIAL MUNICIPALITY

Expressing that Chairman Muhittin Insect showed his understanding of social municipality with the projects he put forward, Mesut Kocagöz, Chairman of the Board of ANET, said, “Our People’s Meat project has won the favor of the citizens.” Kocagöz said, “We started the Public Meat Project with the instruction of our Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor, Mr. Muhittin Insect. With our 4 fixed stores and Mobile Public Meat Trucks, we serve our districts where we do not have a sales store. Our citizens have great satisfaction. Tens of thousands of people lost their homes, their jobs and their work due to earthquakes and floods in our country. When the cost of living is added to this, our people now have difficulty in buying bread, let alone meat,” he said.

LEFT HAND WILL NOT SEE WHAT THE RIGHT HAND GIVES

Stating that as the Metropolitan Municipality, social aid activities continue uninterrupted, Mesut Kocagöz said, “We also started the ANET Card project. ANET Card is an act of kindness. ANET Card can be obtained from ANET stores. Philanthropists can load the cards they buy from here and give them to people in need around them. With this card, citizens can buy all products on sale in our store. Thanks to this card, the left hand does not see what the right hand is doing.”

HOW WILL THE CARD WORK?

ANET Card is offered with a budget option of 400 TL. These cards will be reserved in the system according to the amount of donations made. Philanthropists will have the opportunity to give the reserved cards to anyone they wish. In another option, the cards reserved by philanthropists will be delivered to individuals and families in need of help, as foreseen by the system, through the Metropolitan Municipality. With the cards, shopping can be made at Halk Meat Stores and Halk Et Mobile Stores.
