Lokman Hekim Health Foundation will support the training of many physicians with the income obtained from the sold-out night.
Lokman Hekim Health Foundation, which raises medical students who are trying to complete their education in financial difficulties with the vision of equality of opportunity in education and accessible health for all, organized a very special night for “Physicians of the Future”.

The master of comedy Cem Yılmaz, who took the stage for the medical students at Zorlu Performing Arts Center, Turkcell Stage, gave the audience a magnificent night.
Ayhan Tokgöz, the founding Honorary President of the Foundation, thanked Cem Yılmaz and the participants and said: “We have always worked harder in order to touch people’s lives, to have a share in a better future and to heal them. As one of those who know best how a medical school student studies under difficult conditions, what great tests a physician goes through to train, my greatest desire is to be with them in this difficult process, to lighten the burden on their shoulders, to be a breath of fresh air.”

Leyla Şeker, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lokman Hekim Health Foundation, said in her speech at the night: “As Lokman Hekim Health Foundation, we have been making great efforts to invest in our future with great enthusiasm since 1986. One of our most valuable motivations is that this effort is supported by different institutions and organizations as well as our esteemed artists who have a social impact on the masses.

I would like to thank Cem Yılmaz and all the participants who bought tickets and joined us on this meaningful night for their contributions to train the physicians of the future. We are proud of our 111 graduated physicians working all over the country and our 124 medical faculty students who are still continuing their education. As it has been until today, our efforts will continue to increase in order to improve the future.”

Held on March 14th Medical Day and sold out, the proceeds from the show provided scholarships to more medical students, while the night also gave the message of “no more violence against health workers”.
