US Cosmetics Wizard Dr. Farouk Shami, CEO of Farouk Systems Inc. headquartered in Texas, USA, came to Istanbul to explain his inventions and make investments.

Dr. Shami, the Palestinian-born boss of the company that revolutionized the hair industry with the technologies developed in collaboration with NASA, is the owner of 62 patents that produce the world’s first ammonia-free hair dye and revolutionize the industry. He is the first person in the world to use silk proteins in the hair industry with the BioSilk silk therapy method. The company, which invented the ceramic hair styling tool, also has cosmetic schools called CHI Lone Star College and North Harris in various countries around the world.

Founded in 1986 by Dr. Farouk Shami, the company’s mission is to provide the beauty industry with the most advanced American technology based on ‘environment, education and innovation’. Today, it sells its products in world markets with its CHI brand, which meets its consumers in more than 144 countries. It is also known as the sponsor and partner of worldwide organizations such as Miss Universe and Miss USA.

The company, which produces a hair dyeing machine with the latest technology product Color Master Factory, developed in collaboration with the world giant LG, chose Istanbul for the promotion of this product. For this reason, cosmetics distributors from 32 countries came to our country.
