HUAWEI has announced the launch of the brand new HUAWEI WATCH D, the first smartwatch with ECG and blood pressure monitoring certified with CE Medical Device Regulation certification.

The most detailed and accurate blood pressure measurement

The smart sensitive sensor can identify heart rhythm pressure changes up to 0.01 mmHg. The 128Hz Pressure control circuit adjusts the airflow using a micropump. Airway design is based on fluid simulation resulting in pressure accuracy of +/- 3 mmHG.

Blood pressure is measured in units of millimeters of mercury (mmHg), first the upper (systolic) value, then the lower (diastolic) number. In the normal blood pressure range, the systolic value should be below 120 and the diastolic value below 80. When measuring blood pressure at a hospital, it’s common to hear the doctor communicate “7 by 11,” which means your blood pressure is within the normal range.
