Corendon Airlines has expanded the scope of its 2019 contract with AFI KLM E&M for the engine maintenance support of its fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft with a new agreement.
Corendon Airlines and AFI KLM E&M announced the signing of a new contract. Corendon Airlines’ long-time maintenance partner, AFI KLM E&M, will be responsible for the maintenance of six CFM56-7B engines in the airline’s fleet. Two of the engines are in service with the planes in Corendon’s Turkish fleet, while the other four are used in the fleet of Corendon Airlines Europe, its subsidiary in Malta. The engines will be overhauled in the next few months at AFI KLM E&M’s engine workshop in Amsterdam.
