The “Art on the Boat” festival, which was met with great enthusiasm in June at Setur Kalamış Marina in Istanbul, is now setting its course for Ayvalık. This time, the event will take place on Saturday, September 6th, at Setur Marinas Ayvalık, promising a unique day where art, the sea, and exquisite flavors come together.
Guided by the philosophy of “No knots, only connections,” the festival aims to offer participants an original experience, blending the unifying power of art with the inspiring nature of the sea. Highlighted by its “Quiet Luxury” theme, the gathering brings together a high-end audience while offering inspiring content centered around lifestyle.
Organized by Intersis Agency and sponsored by Mutlu Makarna, one of Turkey’s leading pasta producers, the event will feature various workshops, talks, art gatherings, and gastronomic experiences throughout the day in the Setur Marinas Ayvalık marina area and on boats.
The program’s distinguished participants add an exclusive dimension to the event: International weaving artist Fırat Neziroğlu, famous painters Haluk Tuğcu and Pınar Tuğba Biçmen, breath therapy expert Hande Akmehmetoğlu, renowned fragrance expert Cabir Çobanoğlu, Turkey’s largest Greek Dance Group Kakapedia Dance, Çanakkale Cigar Club President Akın Şirin, and Dokuz Eylül University Head of Comparative Literature Department Prof. Dr. Nevzat Kaya will all meet with guests on stage throughout the day. Additionally, a special song written for the festival by musician Ceyda Pirali will be performed by Aslı Nuhoğlu, creating delightful moments for guests all day long.
The night will culminate with a performance by famous singer Suat Suna, known for his romantic songs. This special concert, set against the sea-scented evening of Ayvalık, will make the festival unforgettable.
