We spoke with Ayşe Ayşen Bulut, the person who introduced Turkey to the concept and profession of the “Colorologist,” about what we can influence in our lives with colors and how to interpret them correctly, as well as her book and some unknown facts about her.

Ayşe Ayşen Bulut, who stated that the color of 2024 is pink and that it will be an emotional year, mentioned that making decisions based on our emotions rather than logic will be more beneficial for making quick progress this year. She expressed that everything we do this year will be an investment for 2025. Bulut indicated that the color of 2025 is gold and that all doors of luck will be open, adding, “But we need to know how to take advantage of it.”

“I am a child of an Albanian family. We Albanian women are always very strong.”

Ayşe Ayşen Bulut, who grew up in a male-dominated, large family, said, “I was a very curious child, inclined towards everything, and capable of doing everything.” A graduate of Istanbul University’s Geography department, Ayşe Ayşen Bulut was injured in a political conflict she found herself in the middle of during her university years. Over time, she turned this trauma to her advantage, and now she also helps others cope with their traumas.

It All Started with Reiki

Ayşe Ayşen Bulut, who has a happy marriage and two daughters, stepped into the spiritual field, which she had always been curious about, through a neighbor in 2002 after raising her children. Over the years, she continued to educate herself and develop in various areas of the spiritual world. Bulut explained her focus on colors by saying, “Reiki opened my path, but there was something that did not satisfy me. Later, I discovered colors and thought, I must teach people about the energy of colors and their frequencies.”

Ayşe Ayşen Bulut explained that by determining one’s birth color, based on their birth date, and conducting a color analysis, we can understand how to navigate life. She said, “I introduce you to yourself.”

“Journey to Your Color”

During the pandemic, Ayşe Ayşen Bulut began writing her book “Journey to Your Color.” Aiming to excel in her work, she also took a writing course and spread the compilation over three years. This effort resulted in a successful work that ranks high in the spiritual field. Bulut expressed her pride, saying, “I am very proud of my book. Unfortunately, the reading rate in Turkey is very low. However, we sold out the first edition in two years.” She noted that the second edition continues to attract readers.

“You can learn what job your child will have in the future through colors.”

In her book, Ayşe Ayşen Bulut explains formulas that allow anyone to find their basic birth color and gain insights into the life trajectory of themselves and their loved ones. She remarked, “We push our children like racehorses, but there’s no need for that. Look at their color and learn what profession they will pursue in the future.”

Which Colors Should We Prefer and Where?

Ayşe Ayşen Bulut advised that for an important job interview, it is best to choose light beige tones to remain visually understated and let your personality shine. She warned, “Don’t wear colorful clothes for job interviews.” She also highlighted that while red is often chosen for first dates because it is generally found attractive, it is not suitable for a first date as it might cause the other person to feel hesitant.

A Book Series Explaining Colors One by One Is on the Way!

Having made her debut as an author with her first book, Ayşe Ayşen Bulut is now preparing a book series that will explain colors in detail, one by one. She announced that the first book in the series will be about the color red and mentioned that she is currently focused on the preparation process for this series.
